Digital Products (E-books, Planners, Templates, Downloads)

  • All digital product sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital goods once the purchase is completed.

Apparel (T-shirts and other clothing)

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for purchasing errors such as wrong size, color, or style.

  • Refunds are only available if an item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • The defective item must be returned in its original, unworn condition.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
